Hi, I have a problem? I am part of a family sharing plan already and my brother who is also part of the family sharing plan also asked me to download an app off his account but when I went on purchased in the App Store I didn't see anything. Can anyone he

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I understand that you are experiencing issues with Family Sharing. The following resource provides information if you have trouble viewing/downloading a family member’s purchase content:


If you don't see your family's shared content - Apple Support

Make sure that an app is shareable


To see if you can share an app, go to its product page in the App Store and scroll down to Information. Then see if it says Yes or No in the Family Sharing section.


Some apps may not be enabled for Family Sharing. If you’ve acquired one of these apps, you will be able to see it in your purchase history, but your family members won't be able to see or redownload it.
