Incoming call issue

when i receive an incoming call the phone rings only once and disconnects the call automatically, can someone please help me fix this issue?

I tried removing the sim and replacing

checked "DO NOT DISTURB" settings

reset the network settings

reset the phone

but i couldn't figure the problem,
