Q: When is the GMT time zone problem with ios 8.1.2 and the calendar app going to be fixed?

Probably as soon as you do Settings > General > Date & Time > Set Automatically = "On"

... and possibly after you reset your iPhone after doing the above.  To reset, hold the on/off and home buttons together for about 10 seconds till the Apple logo appears.

Do you allow location services to sense your location for the calendar setting?

Oh, I assume that means you use Google calendar.

I use Apple's iCloud calendar and have no such issue.

Using both an Apple iCloud and Google calendar, do both show the issue?

Regarding when iOS 8.1.3 might come out, we are not allowed to speculate on this forum about things Apple may or may not do.  However, I've read about increased activity among folks testing iOS 8.1.3 recently.

This is a BIG problem, contained only within Calendar App on iPhones running IOS 8.1.2.

It DOES NOT happen on Google calendar also, with synchronization set.

I am surprised more people are not reporting it: It is a major HASSLE when booking appointments.

All new appointments show up in GMT; you can only edit the appointment time back to Cupertino, USA, after adding the appointment.

Hope Apple fixes this soon...I use the Calendar App 5-10 times per day.
