On my Calendar - any dates that has an event 'dot' it flashes/blinks. Any idea why? It is like it is trying to show that it is updating but it has been doing it for a week now. I have it set to show all Calendars (iCloud and Hotmail).

This is Relate to the CALDAV service of Hotmail changing to Outlook and updating their CalDav Services witch may Lag sometimes and cause the error you are having, for you to solve this
Settings > Mail, Contacts & Calendars > Accounts Outlook, Disable the Calendar serviceHard Resetthe iPhone and enable it again that should fix the issue
