blocking iTunes radio

I need to block iTunes Radio on my students iPads. I have set parental controls to limit content.

Itunes radio block solved.

First go to settings>cellular.. turn off the music app.

This will block cellular data going to the music app.

Next go to your router's webpage and block itunes.apple.com

This will block wifi data going to the music app.

The explicit restriction doesn't work very well and the profane

words were still being heard by my children on their iphone.

I thank God he helped me figure this out

Solved-IT can be done just from the phone without the router stuff. It's just a clunky way to do it. Just go to settings log out of the iTunes and App Store and turn on restrictions. In restrictions click don't allow changes and put in a passcode. This will stop them from being able to log back in unless of course they decide to restore as a new iPad. I am not sure if you need to come up with different pass codes for each student since if you end up giving it to one of them they all will have it lol. Obviously they can't download apps either. I do this myself to avoid distractions and just have a friend put in the code.
