Jan 12, 2015 11:34 AM in response to lostat60by waffleboy1877,Bonjour should be downloaded automatically. If it wasn't, uninstall iTunes then reinstall it. Don't use the installer you originally used, download it again. Uninstalling iTunes doesn't erase the media, just the program. Unless you are subscribed to iTunes Match, then only music that you bought from iTunes will be in the cloud. If you still have the old computer, I would transfer the iTunes folder over to the new one. The folder will be the iTunes folder in the music folder for your user. You can delete the one on the new pc and replace it with the old one.

Jan 12, 2015 11:49 AM in response to waffleboy1877by lostat60,Thanks. So, the problem now is getting my iTunes music files transferred over to new PC from my old PC, or, just get new copy in same way from my Laptop. I believe all the iTunes music is under My Music, then ITunes directory? I guess I could save it to a backup drive then copy to new PC. But what about the directories that are set up? I have quite a few since I do some light mobile DJ work.
You think my iTunes "Match" must be turned on? According to my Wife (she is Claudia, I am Bob) she says there is much more music in the cloud that we have purchase, especially many of my directories, however, can't see it right now from my Laptop or new PC. I hope I'm making sense.
I another way, we used to use home PC for all music, until she got ipad and I got laptop for dj work (to get ride of turntables and other equipment). Our home PC is outdated (XP no longer supported) and much slower so we just purchased new (much faster) PC. So we have music in several places, heck, I have a 160 GB iPOD that has all of my music on it, so could I upload from that?
