What flash drive can I use to back up OS10.2.8?

What flash drive can I use to back up my iBOOK and Power Book G4 with Operating system 10.2.8. My iBook doesn't start at all sometimes. What I really want to do is transfer my Quicken and microsoft office data to my Power book G4 or maybe to my iMac which has OS10.8.5? I have two flash drives from SanDisk but on the back of the packaging they require OS 10.5 or higher ? Any help would be appreciated.

iBook, Mac OS X (10.2.x) , G4 powerbook and iBook/OS10.2.8

You will need a flash drive that will work with 10.2.x and has the capacity required to hold the files you will transfer to it. Can't tell you more because you don't seem to know how much data are involved and if flash drives are going to hold it all.

Target disk mode may help you read the disk of a Mac that will not boot…

You will need to use Firewire on these older Macs.
