How do I submit a warranty claim for an iPad Air 2 Smart Case?

The Apple Smart Case I purchased for my iPad Air 2 has started splitting along the seam where the front cover folds. The product has a one-year warranty on it but I haven't been able to locate instructions on how to file a replacement claim - does anyone know how the process works?
