Q: FaceTime Activation

I cannot activate FaceTime, it says to check network connection and try again.  My network connection is fine.

    Make sure Date and Time is set automatically.

     

    Settings>General>Date & Time>Set Automatically>On

    Hello all,

    Ffor those who still have problem to activate facetime

    you can first check the parameters of date & time. I tried also to reset completly my iphone 5s (IOS 9.3.2) but none of those solutions works for me.

    Today i've tried again to activate Facetime... but first check the tcp port 443 (which was disable on my router). It appear after my researches that Facetime is using that port. So i reset my network parameters, then restart my Iphone et try again to activate Facetime...And Ôooooh miracle it works now.

     

    PS :  Sorry for my mistakes in english
