Also can you go into Settings -- General -- Usage and see what apps are consuming most of your battery?

Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
And then see how long you can go on a full charge through a wall socket

1. Back up your phone to iTunes
2. Then restore as new (to factory settings)
3. See how the battery performs before adding any apps or restoring from backup

Feb 16, 2015 8:08 PM in response to ManSinhaby singh.maddi,Hey, Now i have tried almost everything possible at my end, to be fair i have got a bit better battery life out of all these actions but still its not upto the expectation still i need to charge it for at least 2 times in a day to keep up for 12hrs. On top of it the phone automatically switches off (frequency is low like ~3 to 4 time a week) but this is really annoying.
I tired calling the support staffs and did online diagnose via email link provided by apple support staff but seems nothing helps, do you have any way out to get this issues noticed by apple customer grievance cell (if they have any). Post to few rounds of test support staff promised me that there supervision will call back but that never happened.
I use all apple products, ipad air 2, macbook air, iphone, i am using apple products for last 5+ years and this is the first time that i got a situation to reach out to support staffs of apple and my experience till date is very very very bad.
