Q: BCA : copying Windows files takes an eternity!?
*expect some mistakes, french is my native language*
Hi folks!
Here's my issue :
I've started the process of installing windows 7 to my mac. I had only one partition at the beginning and I've backed up the latest of my data with time machine before starting the whole process. I decided to do so by formatting and copying the .iso image of Windows 7 on a usb key 15GB.
Unfortunately, when boot camp starts copying the windows files, the task status bar is frozen at midway. It's been like this for about 30 mintutes now and I'm starting to wonder a lot and asking me lots of questions that i can't anwser.
That's why I come to you apple community!
Have you ever had the same issue?
If yes, how did you solve it?
Should I just wait?
Is it normal? (i guess not)
Thanks for the answers!
