How do I get rid of Russian keyboard on iPad and iPhone

I like the feature on the IPhone and IPad that allows me to install and uninstall different language keyboard, and switch between them easily.

However I've got a problem.

I can't seem to get rid of the Russian keyboard I installed awhile ago.

I've gone into setting - general - language and region, and deleted it from both devices, and rebooted both devices. So it's gone from the menu of my keyboards in settings.

But when I click the little globe the keyboard to switch between the languages that I have kept, it still turns up.

How do I get rid of this thing?

Thanks!

I've posted this in Apps because I don't see any category for settings that matches

iPad, iOS 8.1.2
