Create a new Apple ID using that email address or see Manage My Apple ID.

If you don't like or use this Apple ID, just don't use it then go to create a new one.
If you still want to use it, you can go to Mail's preference from www.icloud.com to create an alias email address, then you could send/receive email using that alias email address.
