3 BEEPS AT STARTUP (MBP 13' late 2011) new hard drive

Are you certain that you have a LATE 2011 13" MBP? Those came with Lion (10.7) installed, not Snow Leopard (10.6). On the bottom of the MBP is the serial number. Enter it here and post back the model and year information.

If you are using the White retail Snow Leopard disk to install that OSX, it will not work. I have a late 2011 MBP and that disk and I have tried to do that thus I speak from experience. (There is a way to install Snow Leopard but not that way).

The proper way to install the original OSX is to boot the MBP with the OPTION + COMMAND + R keys and follow the instructions. This will require a solid Internet connection. (This should install Lion)

3 beeps typically mean no good banks for the ram not the ram itself but reading it.

It's a bit vague but I don't think it is happening at start up

Here I have the white screen. I click on the cd icon, and the BEEP BEEP BEEP .... BEEP BEEP BEEP .. And so on, so I force it to turn off.

There would be no CD icon to push if it was.
