MY iPhone 4s has a cracked screen and is out of warranty how much would Apple charge to replace it

Apple does not repair screens on the 4S. They do on the 5, 5C, 5S, 6 and 6 Plus. For the 4S they replace the phone; the cost is U$149 or equivalent in your currency.
