Hi, since 2 weeks (latest itune in fact) i can't install a new app on my iphone, after sync i read a message error on iphone and the icon of the app are still waiting.., any idea ?...
Iphone 5 iOS 8.1.2 (i had same problem on iOS 7... i forget which 7 it was..)

Problem still here, the message error is "unknow error (0xE8000005)" problem is iTune for sure, i can install new app if i use app store app on my iPhone
But with iTune not only i can install new app anymore (or update a app..) but alsa i can't add any picture or files via itune (i use some app where i can add data from my PC to the app in my iPhone via iTune) that always worked fine only since 3 weeks that fails

This is not Apple support - you're talking to other iTunes users. A quick Google search on the error code you report gives multiple results, including this: iOS: Unknown error containing '0xE' when connecting to a Windows PC - Apple Support
I tested all the "solutions" of you url but not result..
