Preview Print Dialog "Auto Rotate" & "Scale to Fit"

I'm sure this question has been asked and answered already, but I couldn't find the answers. When I upgraded from Snow Leopard to Yosemite, I lost my desired settings in Preview for printing images and PDFs. What I want is to have Auto Rotate permanently turned off, so that the nominal orientation is always portrait, and to have "Scale to Fit" permanently selected. Is there a way to do this?
