Q: iCloud issue !!

Ok so this started when I changed my password . Couldn't get iCloud mail . Proceded to reset the pass word like 100 times and still can not log in . I have signed out of my iCloud on my iMac and tried to sign back in twits the new password and still am getting an error that I have been disabled for security reasons and need to reset my password .
