Remove airplane mode from control center

Is there any way to remove Airplane Mode from the control center? I just learned that anyone can turn on Airplane Mode from the lock screen, rendering the "find my iPhone" useless. I love the control center too much to turn it off my lock screen access.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.2

You can't remove Airplane Mode from your Control Center in general, but there is a half-fix to your problem.

In Settings, scroll down to Control Center.

And turn "Access on Lock Screen" off.

This will disable the ability to use Airplane Mode unless you have the phone unlocked. The only drawback is you won't be able to change brightness, adjust sound volume, etc. unless you unlock your phone first.

Hope this helps! 😀
