launchpad problem

Hello, excuse my English , I am speaking only Spanish and I am using Google Translate .

I updated the Mountain Lion Server my Mac Mini Server to Yosemite and have problems with Launchpad : I order with folders that group the App according to their function and , brother restart the system (or when I turn it off and back on again) deletes the folders and reorders the App alphabetically. This did not occur in earlier versions of OSx Any hints ?

Dear , we could finally solve the problem with operators Apple Care. What we did was reset the NVRAM after having verified that it was a problem with my user adjustment . First create a new user by following these steps:

we check that all was well with the Launchpad , then we reset the NVRAM diagnosis by following these steps:
