Jan 16, 2015 4:11 AM in response to lannuttiby lannutti,Dear , we could finally solve the problem with operators Apple Care. What we did was reset the NVRAM after having verified that it was a problem with my user adjustment . First create a new user by following these steps:

we check that all was well with the Launchpad , then we reset the NVRAM diagnosis by following these steps:
