Which version of iPhoto do you have? To order print products, you need to have at least iPhoto '09:

i want make an album and command it, like i do one year ago directly with iphoto.

After you create the book in iPhoto first preview it according to this Apple document: iPhoto, Aperture: Previewing an order in iPhoto or Aperture - Apple Support. Save the PDF file to compare with the printed copy when it arrives.
Next make sure you've selected the correct Apple Print Product store in iPhoto's Advanced preference pane:
Lastly, click on the Buy Book button at the bottom of the iPhoto window while viewing the book:
