Does apple pay work in Europe?
They haven't announced any partners outside of the US yet. It might be possible to use Apple pay for online purchases from site that are not based in the US.

If you have a U.S. credit card, it can work. I used it recently in Italy at a restaurant in spite of the fact that the waiter had never heard of Apple Pay. He was shocked. I tried it other times, but the clerks insisted on swiping my card before entering the amount.
