The magazine subscription your purchased functions within Apple's Newsstand application, which requires an iOS device such as your iPad to function. If you have questions about how to use newsstand this article may help -
Use Newsstand on your iOS device - Apple Support
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
Best,

Thanks for the reply and the link...
Anyways on this situation I sent a email to the support@gtxcel.com who are the makers of the application which hosts the Nuts and Volts magazine. This application works on Apple and Android products..Still waiting if its possible on my PC.
They were nice enough to talk to the subscription service and converted my ITunes Subscription to a Digital Subscription which allowed me now to view my magazines on both my IPAD and Android.
I have also asked the best approach on how to renew in a year the publication...(Thru ITunes or through the digital subscription process from the publication).
I will post my findings but for now I can view my magazine on IOS and Android Platforms.
Thanks,
Chris

After jumping some hoops and asking questions (series of emails) I was able to get all my devices able to access the Nuts and Volts magazine.
Basically Nuts and Volts has a Digital Edition outside of the Mobile Device Edition. They upgraded my account as a courtesy.
The Digital Edition will work on all devices including the PC through a Web Browser. So Going forward the digital edition will be my easiest choice (renewals).
So in short, what was learned, was to see first the available editions.
Thanks
Chris
