MacBook Pro Retina 15-inch fan noise. (with audio)

Before approximately 3-4 months i noticed a noise coming from (i perceive) my mac's fans.

I first noticed the noise when i had it on my laps. The noise is not continuous but occurs at random. Fan speed is around 2000 and the noise is constant from the time of its occurrence. When i place the laptop on my desk and i restart or turn it off the problem resolves but it occurs again as random as it goes away.

Bellow is the link to recordings taken with my iPhone5.

I will visit the store for a repair ASAP

Does anyone has had or having similar issues?
