adding copy to emails
how can I standardise text when I paste copy into an email in using mail. The spacing is different when I want it to be the same.

From what I understand, it sounds like you would like to match the style when pasting copied text. There is a shortcut that you can use to Paste and Match Style. If I have misunderstood the situation please let me know.

Command-Shift-Option-V Apply the style of the surrounding text to the inserted object (Paste and Match Style)
