Q: notes and calenders doesn't update in outlook

Can someone please help . Calenders and notes will not update in Outlook 2013 on Windows 7. I have done 2 back ups. All settings are correct. I have icloud on my PC. Contacts are updated but not Notes and Calenders

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.1.2

I understand that neither your Notes or Calendars are syncing between you iPhone and Outlook on your Windows computer.
