Q: My macbook pro freezes when initialising
Hej! I hole someone can help me With my Macbook Pro
normally, when initialising my macbokk pro, following happened:
when the apple appears on the white screen, there is a line underneath. This fills out with a dark shadow, when it has filled the line completely the screen turns black for a moment before showing the desktop with all the icon appearing one by one.
in a while, the dark shadow had a tendency to take a long time before filling out the whole line.
but yesterday, it just stopped about half ways refusing to go on. So i am not able to enter my desktop anymore.
initialising my computer has ben a slow operation in a while but I thought it was normal having wuite a lot og material and programs in it. But after I unfortunately updated it with the yosemite system (i believe it was that one) it got worse and worse.
THe computer is 3-1/2 yeras old so it should be still working and updateable. I have regularly used the diagnostic center and checked the permissions and mainboard etc.
HOpe to hear from tou with some solutions.
I know that one can press three keys down while initialising, in order to get into the system but cannot remember which ones they are.
kind regards
