I would like to be able to scroll like how I can on the Windows part same as how I could on the Mac part. I prefer the reverse scrolling way that Macs have defaulted with.

I am using Windows 8; I think the link only applies to XP and Vista.
This is from a W8.1 installation on a 2012 MBP in the Boot Camp control panel. Control Panel -> System -> Boot Camp (if BC drivers are installed).
