same problem here. I was backing up my iphone 4 and then i wanted to get info off of it to put on new phone after a couple hours of gritting my teeth grrrr now i can not get back into my old phone to reset to factory settings

I had my iphone 4 replaced because the battery was no good. And when the salesperson at verizon checked it she agreed it was no good.

So i got a replacement. Same kind of phone same model

I came home to do a back up on my first phone so i could put it on my new phone.

Back and forth from phone to phone to computer to phone again.

I am not even sure if it backed up correctly. But now i can not get into first phone because the pin code it says is wrong. Its not wrong i did not forget but i need to get into it so i can reset factory settings and return it to Apple.

anybody with some new easy ideas on how i might go about this?
