I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on the exact issue you are describing, at least based on the included pic. In iOS 8 by default, many of the system windows have a certain amount of transparency so you can see a bit of what is behind them. For example, the Notification Center as shown in this article:

Jan 17, 2015 4:27 AM in response to brenden dvby alxg2112,Thank you for response, Brenden. But I don't think it's kind of notifications issue. As jstock14 said it looks like images are burnt into screen and there are not gone even after resoring the iPhone to the factory defaults and erasing it.

If you feel that what you are seeing is a display issue and not the transparency effect of iOS7/iOS8, you may want to have your iPhone evaluated by a service provider. You may find the following page helpful:
