Q: How to connect iTunes to my new system?

hi guys,

I am having iphone 3gs, I am using this device since 3years, I synced with my windows 7 pc by using iTunes, Recently i formatted my machine.And i restored new os i.e windows 8. now i am trying to add iTunes with new os it is showing errors, I am not able to connect the new pc. How can i connect iTunes in my new os. Can any one pls suggest way to connect.
