iPhone5 Loud Speaker

Hi guys. I am having a problem with my iPhone 5 after iOS 8.1.2 Update. The issue is that the loud speaker is not working properly and it's performance gone by 50% or even more. If anybody ever fixed this problem just let me know how. Thank you very much. By the way I already tried to blow, clean the speaker and docking.
