I use reagan.com email and Yosemite 10. I cannot send emails. It did work and then quit. Tried to go direct via Safari to secure.emailsrvr.com and Safari could not connect.. Any help ??

There must be a mistake somewhere in your email account settings. See this page on how to configure various email clients. Choose the appropriate one and check their settings against what yours are currently set to.
Thanks. I will try again.. I have set and reset many times. I think the server is the issue.
Using: secure.emailsrvr.com -- Should it be: smtp.emailsrvr.com ???

OS X automatically configures email accounts fairly well. If the above does not help it might be easier to delete the Mail account and add it again. To do that read Mac Basics: Use Mail on your Mac. IMAP messages that have not been deleted will remain on the server.
Shame on them for only providing instructions for an operating system that hasn't been supported in years. I'd call them and complain.
I looked over the Office 2011 Outlook settings, but the entries will be the same no matter what email software you're using.
The server name for both incoming and outgoing is:
secure.emailsrvr.com
The two more important settings are that "Use SSL to connect" must be on, and the default port must be changed to 465.
Email settings for reagan.com - Cannot send email - receive OK.
