Sometimes I can't receive group messages when someone in the group has an android. This happens randomly. I've spoken to an Apple representative and they don't know what the solution is either. Anybody have the same problem?

Thanks, I tried resetting my network settings before and nothing changed, but today I tried it again and it worked.
