If you have another apple device you can open Find My iPhone and put it into lost mode

Did you try to sign into iCloud on your computer, using your Apple ID and password?

Without "Find my iPhone" in iCloud your device can't be located. In that case your IMEI or Serial number can't help.

If FindMyiPhone is not enabled on the lost device, the only thing you can do is look around for it.

The battery is probably dead so icloud won't be able to find it
