Recent on my gf MacPro, Safari would go to 13byt.com/download.html whenever opened. Then an error message would appear with a clickable icon

Clicking the ok button did nothing - User uploaded file

had to quit Safari in order to close Safari. All options like Preferences, reset Safari etc were greyed out as well as New Window/tab and bookmark was greyed

Any assistances would be appreciated

Quit the application. Force quit if necessary.

Relaunch it by holding down the shift key and clicking its icon in the Dock. From the menu bar, select

Safari Preferences... Privacy Remove All Website Data

to get rid of any cookies or other data left by the server. Open your Downloads folder and delete anything you don't recognize.
