ipod nano 6 wont sync to itunes. im unable to upadate it to 1.2. what do i do

If you are having an issue with your iPod nano being unable to sync with iTunes, there are a number of things you may want to try to resolve your issue.

Is the iPod nano showing up in iTunes when connected to your computer? If it is not, troubleshoot using the steps in this article -

If the iPod does appear in iTunes but you are still unable to sync or upgrade, you may need to reset your iPod. Use the steps in this article -
