SOC 2, Type 2 report. Can iTunes U provide this?

Our campus security policy requires that all vendors who host systems and/or data for the University to provide a SOC 2, Type 2 report to verify that an acceptable level of security exists for the data residing with the vendor. We have both a public and private iTunes site so we need this report. Can Apple provide this? If so, how would I go about requesting it?
