I have been having issues with my Personal Hotspot turning itself on (or so it seems). I will go days without using the hotspot and then I'll be sitting at my desk and notice the blue bar at the top that says my hotspot is on and one device is connected. It is connecting to my Ipad, but I haven't turned the hotspot on. I've been having some odd data usage lately and I'm wondering if it might be tied to this problem. Does anyone know a setting or solution to prevent this from happening.
