Hi, I have the Iphone 5, for some reason incoming calls when the phone is locked are mute or on vibration. When the phone is unlocked it rings normally.
Can someone please advise how I change the volume settings on the phone when its locked? I keep missing phone calls when its locked.
Secondly, how do I change my email address?

For the ringing issue:
go into settings>do not disturb
◊turn off manual and schedule
◊allow calls for>check everyone

Thank you for this. Having done what you say, I noted if I scroll further down on Do Not Disturb, it says
SILENCE:
Always
Only when iPhone is locked
And its checked against one or the other, but doesn't give me the option to uncheck it?

The ringing issue is still not resolved, can someone please help?
When you unlock the phone and are looking at the home screen, if you press the up or down volume button, what do you see? It should say ringer, then a bar at the bottom showing how far the volume is turned up.
The ability to change those settings in Do Not Disturb are only available when Do Not Disturb is turned on, and they are only active when Do Not Disturb is on, not when it is off.
Secondly, make sure the mute switch on the side of the device is not turned on to block the ringing. See this fugure.
