Q: not getting skype notifications

I have 5 S version 7.1.2, when get calls on skype, it does not display on home screen, if skype page is open then only I can see that anyone calling me otherwise dont get any notifications.... please help

Check Settings > Notification Center to ensure that the app is configured for notifications. If notifications do not appear in the Notification Center, verify that the Notification Center setting for the app is enabled.
