This is a brand new phone and I am trying to sync it to iTunes via a laptop w/ Windows 7 Home Premium. I have the latest version of iTunes and have verified that Apple Mobile Support is on the computer. We added another phone yesterday (iPhone 6 plus) and a new device was recognized immediately.
