Q: How do I copy an SMS conversation from my iPhone 5s, with date/time and participants, to my computer?

I have an iPhone 5s, and Itunes installed on my Windows 7 OS, Dell Workstation.  I have a conversation on the iPhone that I need to keep and send, with dates/times and participants.  I tried the hover, select, and send to my outlook email.  Unfortunately it sends in a .txt format with the date/time stamp and participant missing.  Any ideas?
