What happens when you try to use it? From what I can read about the device on the Griffin website, it is designed to connect the iPhone or other idevice to the vehicle's radio system, to be able to hear your music from the iDevice in a vehicle. What about it is not working? Have you followed the instructions from the manufacturer?

Without knowing what it is or is not doing and what you have tried to correct the problem, no one could help.

When I try to use it with my iPhone nothing happens, as there is an LCD screen on the device that shows the logo of the company on plugging it into the iphone. Every part of the device isn't working in the iPhone but perfectly works on the iPad 2. Followed all manufacturers instructions, I've tried soft resetting my iPhone and even resetting to factory settings but to no avail

Then what is not working? Do you not get a signal on the FM radio you are trying to use? Are you not able to change the frequency that you can broadcast with? I'm guessing this is similar to a unit that I had, where you set the radio in the car or house to a certain frequency, you set the iTrip to that frequency and then can play music in your Music app and it plays over the radio. What is it doing or not doing.
