New Apple Tv Cant stream and wont work with Home Network

I have brand new third generation Apple Tv with mac mini 2009, 2 MacBooks (MacBook2,1) and 2 iphones 4S iOS ver. 8.1.2 as well as an iPhone 4 iOS 7 none of the phones show airlpay icon after rebooting phones as well as Sonicwall and modem and airplay enabled on Apple Tv. Have tried many things to try and get this to work after 6 hrs of frustration I should have just got the HDMI adapter for my iPhone! Can not find much from Apple with regards to people with a firewall. I just want Netflix, Hulu and to stream music from my plex app on my iPhone

Even opened up 15 ports as well as enabled multicast on SonicWall.

Anyhelp with this would be awesome!

Also the remote app wont work from iPhones nor iTunes (doesn't even have a remote icon)
