Why nothing was restored after iphone 5s backup restore from Itunes?

Hi,

I have some queries w.r.t Iphone 5s Backup restore.

I am using Iphone 5s 16GB ,

I have taken full backup of Iphone 5s(including apps transferred, photos,notes etc.) on the latest version of itunes.

Now I wana restore my iphone 5s from the same backup. but after after restoring the iphone only contacts are coming back nothing else.

I understand that after restoring iphone , it should restore everything in a way it was earlier i.e my notes,photos, whatsaap data, messages,calender etc.

but after successful restore with no error, only contacts were restored.

Then I tried second time the same process, hoping everything will come back this time but now the error message come not restored as iphone doesnt have enough space?

Please help me in this. I tried restarting PC/Iphone no. of times.

NOTE: Please help me espl in restoring 'NOTES' as I have very important notes around 100 in nos.
