Q: I regularly have to enter passwords even though I check the remember keychain box

I regularly have to enter passwords for my various email accounts even though I check the remember keychain box. Is there a simple way to prevent this minor annoyance?

I use an intel iMac 2011 with Yosemite and Outlook for mac.
