Jan 17, 2015 5:21 PM in response to patsfan1998by pogster,By the look of the screen it appears you have a hardware problem in which case it needs to be examined by Apple. You didn't say if you've tried troubleshooting the phone but you could try resetting or restoring the device incase the problem is due to software.

Jan 17, 2015 7:14 PM in response to pogsterby patsfan1998,Yeah I have tried putting it into recovery mode, but when it connects to any power source it turns on by itself and the screen flickers between a few variations of that screen. If it is not attached to power it just turns on shows apple logo with black logo white background which flickers and then screen turns off after a few seconds.
I was wondering if it could be a battery issue?

Jan 17, 2015 7:56 PM in response to patsfan1998by pogster,It might be possible although it's not a symptom I've read about on here. Whether it is or isn't it sounds like you'll need to have the phone tested by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider.
