Q: Macbook Air Camera Not Working

Hi,

My camera stopped working a couple of months ago. I haven't actually needed it untill recently and typically my Apple Support ran out 5 days ago so I'm trying to avoid the £25 charge if possible!

I have run the diagnostic tool on the Mac and it has identified an issue with the camera. I have also replaced the CameraPlugin file as suggested in another post and still having issues. I have also reset the SMC. I have tried using the camera on different accounts with no luck. Is there anything else I could do before paying the £25?
